unfortunately, I can relate. ugh. and only after 2 babies. ugh again. I have an appointment this week for a full array of complaints. I'm thinking mirena is the next foreign body that will grace my uterus. ??? I don't know if I'm up for more pregnancies or deliveries.

My friend has a similar problem and actually has to have her bladder taped up because it has 'dropped'. The things we mothers go through.

Would rather the bum than the eyeball so that's something to be cheerful about. Cheerful in a relative sense, that is.

You are so hilarious, Ella. Oh, I can so relate with a lot of this. For my first born, the midwife had me push prior to me actually feeling like I needed to push. So I pushed for literally hours. It was awful. So, needless to say what all that pushing left me with in the end. I couldn't sit straight for months. Time has mostly healed all my baby battle scars...

Just wanting to make it 4/5 comments by the New Zealand contingent here (did you ever realise that the Antipodes would be amongst your biggest fans?).

And anal fissures. OWWWWIE. I've had the pleasure. Now I think labour and birth is a picnic in the park in comparison.

I REALLY want a caesarean for my third child, for all the reasons you've outlined above. I'm a complete prude, and it almost killed me to have a full medical team viewing my undercarriage, frankly I'd rather they were viewing my spleen.

I hope everything works out, you're very, very brave.

I've had to deal with haemorrhoids, but it might actually have been caused by the change in my diet since being with my kids' father. He doesn't do veges anything like I used to.
Other than that, there was that whole wee-when-I-laugh thing...

Ouch. That was painful to read but also damn funny the way you wrote it so hats off to you for great writing.
Yes remember piles after this 4th baby and also needing creams but nothing as painful as yours. Not sure pelvic floor evercises are quite as effective after 4rounds ok kids. My biggest body change is wrinkly tummy - around where your bikini knickers would sit. Don't think I will ever be able to lose it and haven't yet learnt how to wear it with pride as a scar of motherhood.....
My friend had Botox in her eyeball (yes she was awake) for a situation she had and it did help.....so good luck with your bum and the needle....keep us posted.

Wow, that does not sound like fun at all. My sympathies to you and your arse. With your botox and everything, don't go all Hollywood on us ;).

I'm pretty sure my last bub put my hip out of place. It's not causing me too much trouble at the moment, just clicks a bit, and so I ignore it rather than spend money to have it seen to. I know it's likely to catch up with me at some point, so I should just get it fixed. When I can find the time, that is...
