I don't know what to advise those who aren't sure whether to have another or not. Your post weighing up the pros and cons is, I suppose, how most people decide - whether the short term disadvantages of broken nights, maternity leave etc outweigh the advantages of having another child. In the end perhaps it is easier,as you said, to have the decision made for you! Me? - I know what my head says, but I am following my heart. And yes, I may be a little bit crazy for doing so.
