Sounds like you’re maxing our your insurance deductible over there–so many things going wrong! Hope it starts to look up soon and that everyone feels better!

Yikes, you could really do with a break. Chickenpox vaccination is available in NZ but isn’t subsidised, so not many are willing to fork out about eighty bucks for it.
