Ouch
By ella | March 2, 2006
Shall I post the birth story? You may decide it’s best I don’t when I tell you that I reviewed my maternity notes a few hours after Ben was born and I saw the words “patient suffered second degree tear in the clitoral hood”.
Not good. Really not good.

Oh my god. Does that really happen?
Birth story please.
I do hope it’ll soon be in working condition. I had a 2nd degree perineal tear, and sitting down (or standing up) was really uncomfortable for about two weeks.
Don’t be a tease! Post it!
and oweeeeeeeeeee!
I’m due in two weeks so only post if you had no pain before during or after
Holy Crap!!! Yowch!!! Yes, post the whole story!!! haha
I had a clitoral graze which freaked me out. A teat sounds awful. And yes, I’d like to hear the birth story.
I meant a tear sound awful.
Ouch is right! Now you NEED to post the story!
Hope all is better now.
oh.my.good.god.
Oh, Ella!!!!! Ouchie. Major ouchie!! But I’m impressed!! Women are amazing, aren’t we? Do you think a man could withstand a tear in their (insert male equivalent of clitoral hood)?? I THINK NOT!!!! We’ll do anything for our men, though, won’t we??
Post it. I can take it!!!
UGH.EEK.OUCH.
I’d love to hear it, girl! Every gorey detail!
Oh, my. I had NO idea. I’m ashamed to say I need details!
I hope you are feeling better now. I am so glad I had a c-section. Whatever you went through sounds plain awful!
Holy Moly. You didn’t tell me that!
Oh my word. How awful! I’m ashamed too to say I want all the gory details.
Ouch!
Gosh, I so empathize. About 15 minutes into the stitching me up I asked the attending if things were really bad or if the resident was just a really slow sewer.
I was fortunate to get just a small tear - but when she was coming out - I could have sworn I was ripping in half.
Sounds awful. All the gory details please.
You see that we all want the details!
Hope your recovery is smooth…
hummmmmm……..
