Twenty five and twenty six weeks pregnant: I’m going to look like a beached whale but I’m not sure I really care
By ella | September 25, 2005
Just as I am about to leave for our holiday in sunny Portugal, the pregnancy nausea seems to have returned with a vengeance. I didn’t dare book a summer holiday while I was in the throes of first trimester throwing up so we waited until I was feeling better. Now I appear to be in the throes of third trimester sickness. The only thing that makes me feel better is my trusty Mars Bars so I have loaded the suitcase with multipacks of them and have decided that I have no option but to get truly fat in this pregnancy because that is preferable to being sick. I breastfeed for a year or so, so I’ll lose all that chocolate fat that is sitting on my hips right?
So adieu for a short while while I sit in the sun eating Mars Bars and hopefully catching up on some books.
