I don’t WANT to go to bed
By ella | July 17, 2005
The boys had a great day today. Matthew went flying and we went along to watch. The weather was great, they ate ice cream and came home exhausted.
Last night William, my two year old who loves his sleep, moved from his cot into a big bed. Having the freedom to run round his bedroom and play with his older brother meant he went to bed at seven o’clock but didn’t go to sleep until well past nine o’clock. When I went in to check on them I found them both asleep in William’s new bed holding hands.
This evening, despite them both being exhausted, they have been playing upstairs for over an hour and are still showing no signs of going to sleep. I’m going to have some tired boys by the end of the week.
